We use data accessed from Google Calendar to provide scheduling services through our AI phone receptionist. This includes creating new events, modifying existing events, and deleting events as per user requests or automated scheduling features.

Qlient AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention of Data

Qlient AI will maintain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy. This includes meeting legal requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements and policies. Usage Data is kept for internal analysis and may be held longer for security enhancement or to meet legal obligations.

18. Children's Privacy

Qlient AI's services are not aimed at children under 13. The company doesn't intentionally gather personal data from this age group. If personal data from children is collected without parental consent, Qlient AI commits to deleting it upon discovery.

19. Messaging and Communications

Qlient AI utilizes A2P 10DLC numbers to send SMS messages for service-related requests, such as appointment bookings and inquiries about the business. Business users must comply with all A2P 10DLC and CTIA messaging guidelines. The AI assistant only responds to messages initiated by the user and does not initiate contact. The user's act of sending the initial SMS is considered their implied consent to receive responses. If the user does not send further messages, the AI assistant will not respond. Users can opt-out of receiving further responses by not sending additional messages or by following the instructions provided in the messages to explicitly opt-out. Standard messaging rates may apply.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Qlient AI may revise its Privacy Policy, notifying users through their website or via email. Users are encouraged to review the policy regularly. Changes become effective once posted on the site.
